MY JOURNEY: LOOKING BACK AND LOOKING FORWARD

2010 was an AWESOME year for me. I had a moment of business clarity which you will soon hear more about, and I continued to expand Jen Johnson Photography and shoot some pretty awesome clients, all in the same year. I’m so thankful for all of you who read this blog and those who have...

Jen, Sarah and I laughed so hard when I saw the horse part- I can imagine your horror! You should put it on awkward family photos… and then say that you were “featured” on it :)

I would keep posting every day if I really thought people were reading every day :)

But seriously – you did a great job and you are SO on your way to becoming the premier boudoir photog in OC! It’s so awesome God has placed this gift in you and goal on your heart that you will definitely achieve – I can see it. :) Happy 2011 friend!

Happy 2011 JJ! I’m so glad we have been able to work together, and I hope to do it again in 2011. You go with your big dreams girl!!!

MY JOURNEY: MAKING FACES

Don’t steal my camera, or else you might see me posing real pretty for you. YOUR JOURNEY: DARROL & STEPHANIE

MY JOURNEY: CHRISTMAS PRANKS

My family is full of pranksters. On Christmas Eve, the Johnsons all gather for a celebration of the season. We begin with an eat-a-thon and end with a gift extravaganza; somewhere in between, Santa shows up and delivers gifts to the younger generation. To know us is to love us and everyone is fair game...

The best part about being a photographer is knowing you have the ability to capture those you love so well. And that last photo? CLASSIC.

YOUR JOURNEY: JUNE & WALLY

June and Wally are two of the most awesome people I know. They also happen to be my grandparents! Last month, I secretly arranged a date with them and shot some portraits for about 20 minutes, then had dinner with them in the dinning room of their assisted living facility. It was a blast to...
